What data we process and why
We process your name, email address, phone number, selected dates, number of guests and message to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and manage your stay (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment records and accounting documents are retained as required by tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not result in a stay are deleted after 12 months. Data relating to a stay is retained for the period required by law.
Who receives the data
Website hosting and email providers, only to the extent necessary to operate the services. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and lodge an objection or a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The owner's panel uses one session cookie needed for login.
